Aikido is a fully defensive Martial Art which needs hardly any body strength to allow techniques to work , even when need against the biggest of attackers, this makes Aikido a good art for all sexes and every age group.
I practiced Aikido for just over eleven years with a club based in the UK called Ken Shin Kai, this club is fully back by the International Yoshinkan Aikido Federation (IYAF) headquarters in Tokyo in Japan.
